Payment:
Several Convenient payment options are
available: Company Check, Money Order, MasterCard, Visa, Discover and
C.O.D., and we also extend NET 30 Day accounts to qualified institutions
and companies. A credit application can be obtained by calling 1-315-668-6060.
When applying for credit, please allow sufficient time to complete the
approval process. Delays may be avoided when processing your orders,
by authorizations for C.O.D or submitting payment with your order.
Order Shipment:
Lead Electronics ships all stock orders processed by 5:00pm (EST) the same day with no additional charge.
FOB Point:
FOB point is Central Sqaure, New York.
Sales Tax:
Only New York State residents need to remit 7% sales tax. Lead Electronics does not remit sales tax to states other than New York.
Out of Stock:
Items not available from stock for immediate shipment will be placed on backorder with your approval. Product will be shipped, as it becomes available.

Customer Service Representatives are available from 8:00am to 5:00pm (EST) to assist you. Having your sales order or invoice number available when you call will provide you with the most efficient service.
Return Policy:
To facilitate Lead Electronics return processing:
- A Lead Customer Service Representative must be contacted to obtain an RMA prior to returning product.
- All returns should be made within 30 days of date of invoice.
- Return freight charge must be pre-paid. Sorry, C.O.D. returns cannot be accepted.
- Return merchandise in original packaging and in re-salable condition.
- Parts returned due to customer error may be subject to a restocking charge.
- Defective merchandise may be returned within 90 days of the date of invoice, and need not be in original packaging.
- Deviations from this return policy will require Lead approval.
Dishonored Check Policy:
Checks dishonored for any reason by the bank or other institutions, will be charged $20.00 as a service charge. In addition, you agree to pay any other reasonable charges imposed by any check verification company or collection agency that we may use for collection.

Product Liability:
Lead Electronics’ sole obligation for products that prove to be defective within 90 days of invoice will be replacement or refund. Lead Electronics gives no warranty either expressed or implied and specifically disclaims all other warranties, including warranties for merchantability and fitness. In no event shall Lead Electronics be liable for and indirect or consequential damages.
This warranty does not apply to products that have been subject to misuse (including static discharge). Neglect, accident or modification, or which have been soldered or altered during assembly and are not capable of being tested.
Do not use products sold by lead electronics as critical components in life support devices or systems.
Products sold by lead electronics are not authorized for use as critical components in life support devices or systems. A critical component is any component of a life support device or system whose failure to perform can be reasonably expected to cause the failure of the life support device or system, or to affect its safety or effectiveness.
